This program’s curriculum is a combination of engineering courses from the industrial and systems engineering program and management courses from the E. Philip Saunders College of Business. The program combines technological expertise with managerial skills to focus on the management of engineering and technological enterprises. Students in the engineering management program will understand the technology involved in engineering projects and the management process through which the technology is applied.

The objective of this degree program is to provide a solid foundation in the areas commonly needed by managers who oversee engineers and engineering projects. In addition to industrial engineering expertise, students will gain valuable knowledge in areas such as organizational behavior, finance, and accounting.
