A master of science degree in human resource development prepares students to influence the human assets of an organization to positively impact organizational outcomes. Students in this program explore the effective talent management and employee development practices used by world-class organizations. The program is designed to provide students with the practical experience, tools, and techniques needed to successfully execute organizational strategies related to human capital, and manage and develop talent to realize a higher return on investment. This may include workforce capability, improving customer and employee retention, and forming human capital and increasing employee engagement alliances.
